Leilani property is tucked away in a small cul-de sac with extensive ocean views. Beautiful sunsets and views of the countryside of Maui, far away from hustle and bustle of resort areas, a place to relax and to charge batteries. Pili Suite has it's own private entrance, parking and covered deck. Our office is located in the main part of the home and we are available Mo-Fr 10am - 4pm. The Suite is about  400 square feet with a king size bed, split AC system, ceiling fan, Smart TV, Internet, kitchenette and bathroom with large shower. Laundry is on site as well an outside shower. Convenient located just above Haiku Market Place with gourmet restaurants, grocery store, post office, hardware store and more. This is a non-smoking property

Thank you for your interest in this property for your vacation stay. 
This property is a licensed vacation rental. The permit is issued by the County of Maui, and is subject to the rules and restrictions required by Maui County for all short term rental homes.
A rental agreement must be completed, signed by all adults and dated before check-in date.
Important - We cannot accept a reservation, if tenant(s) does not agree to be compliant of the following rules:
1.  Use of the Property – All guests must be registered on the rental agreement and not exceed the maximum occupancy for the property. Non-registered guests are prohibited and cannot be invited to the property at any given time. The property cannot be used as a gathering or meeting place.  Use of this property is strictly for registered guest ONLY. Maui County law allows us to accommodate a maximum of two guests (ages 2yrs & up) per room, times the number of licensed bedrooms for the home.
2.  Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am.
3.  Neighbors - Please be considerate of our neighbors, it is important that your use of this property does not impact them in any way. This rental is located in a neighborhood where most neighbors/residents need to work early in the morning. Noise travels easily to their homes, especially in the evening.  Absolutely NO amplified sound of any nature at any time.

4.  Parking – Allowable parking for this property will be indicated on the rental agreement.
There is no street parking allowed at any time.  By law street must be cleared for any/all possible neighbors, or utility or emergency vehicles, such as: fire trucks, police, ambulance, trash trucks, to name a few.
Please see rental agreement for any additional information in regards to care and maintenance of the home/property.

Rate: US $ 175.00/night
Cleaning Fee: US $ 125.00 _ 17.4167% taxes
Minimum Stay: 5 nights, 7 nights at Holiday Season
Maximum Occupancy: 2 persons including children 2 years and older
Parking: 1 cars
Security Deposit: Rental Agreement, CC guarantee
Initial Deposit: 2 nights + tax (up to 14 nights) -or- 25% (for 15+nights)
Taxes are not included: 17.4167%
Reservation Processing Fee: 5%
