Paia Bay Suites is a two-story cottage built in 1987 and renovated in 2013.

The 528 sf suite is on the second floor, located in the heart of Paia town, walking distance to shops and restaurants with beautiful ocean views, only half lot back from the ocean. The one bedroom offers a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, a full kitchen and living room with ceiling fan and split AC system.
There is a beautful 8,500 square foot fenced yard and outdoor patio area. The yard will be shared with the downstairs unit which is occupied by one retired person. Parking is offered on the property and laundry is available for guests.

Aloha, thank you for your interest in the Paia Bay Suite for your vacation stay.

This property is a licensed vacation rental. The permit is issued by the County of Maui, and is subject to the rules and restrictions required by Maui County for all short term rental homes. A rental agreement must be completed, signed by each adult and dated before check-in date.
Important - We cannot accept a reservation, if tenant(s) does not agree to be compliant of the following rules:

1. Use of the Property - All guests must be registered on the rental agreement and not exceed the maximum occupancy for the property. Non-registered guests cannot be invited to the property at any given time. Use of this property is strictly for registered guest use ONLY. 

2. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am.

3. Neighbors - Please be considerate of our neighbors, it is important that your use of this property does not impact them in any way. This rental is located in a residential neighborhood where most neighbors/residents need to work early in the morning. Noise travels easily beyond the property boundery, especially in the calm and quiet evening hours. Absolute NO amplified sound of any nature at any time.

4. Parking - you will have your assigned parking place on the property, there is no street parking allowed at any given time. The property is located on a small lane and has to be accessible to all properties for emergency vehicles.
