The cottage is located in a small residential area in Ha'iku above the Ha'iku Market place with Restaurants, Grocery Store, Post office and food trucks. The location is perfect for exploring Maui's attractions from the road to Hana, Haleakala Crater and North Shore Beaches. 
Leimomi is a home away from home with everything you need on your vacation, recently remodeled and all new furniture.
This is a non-smoking property.

Thank you for your interest in this property for your vacation stay.  

This property is a licensed vacation rental. The permit is issued by the County of Maui, and is subject to the rules and restrictions required by Maui County for all short term rental homes. 
A rental agreement must be completed, signed and dated before check-in date.
Important - We cannot accept a reservation, if tenant(s) does not agree to be compliant of the following rules: 

1.  Use of the Property – All guests must be registered on the rental agreement and not exceed the maximum occupancy for the property. Non-registered guests are prohibited and cannot be invited to the property at any given time. The property cannot be used as a gathering or meeting place.  Use of this property is strictly for registered guest use ONLY. Maui County law allows us to accommodate a maximum of two guests (ages 2yrs & up) per room, times the number of licensed bedrooms for the home.

2.  Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am.

3.  Neighbors - Please be considerate of our neighbors, it is important that your use of this property does not impact them in any way. This rental is located in a neighborhood where most neighbors/residents need to work early in the morning. Noise travels easily to their homes, especially in the evening.  Absolutely NO amplified sound of any nature at any time. 


4.  Parking – Allowable parking for this property will be indicated on the rental agreement.
There is no street parking allowed at any time.  By law street must be cleared for any/all possible neighbors, or utility or emergency vehicles, such as: fire trucks, police, ambulance, trash trucks, to name a few.

Rate: US $ 245.00/night
High Season Rate 12/15-1/5 US $ 275.00/night
Minimum Stay: 7 nights, 14nights at Holiday Season
Cleaning Fee: US $ 185.00 + Taxes
Security Deposit: US $ 250.00 plus Rental Agreement, CC guarantee
Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests including children 2 years and older
Parking: 1 Car
Initial Deposit: 25%  
Taxes are not included: 17.96% 
Reservaton Processing Fee: 5%
